i. Conduct research and analysis to support policy formulation and decision- making
ii. Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and recommendations for stakeholders
iii. Collect, Manage, and analyze data using appropriate tools and methodologies.
iv. Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives.
v. Collaborate with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners.
vi. Draft project proposals and identify funding opportunities for research
vii. Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory guideline in all activities.
viii. Organize workshops, Training sessions, and capacity -building programs.
ix. Publish research findings in academic journals and present them at forums.
x. Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
i. To assist senior officers in collecting, compiling, tabulating, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data.
ii. Managing and using designed programmes & other software to prepare tables, charts and graphs, which are used for writing various statistical reports.
iii. Writing various statistical reports
iv. Conduct various research studies as required from time to time.
v. Supervision of “updation of data into designed programmes/computer systems” & codification of data/ records.
vi. Logical checking and verification/ updating of data/ records.
vii. Supervision of safekeeping of data/ records
viii. Periodical reviewing of old data /records.
ix. General Administrative work of the section.
x. Any other work assigned by the senior officers from time to time
