Position Overview
1. Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/ BBA/ MBA/ PGDM/ M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification
Experience
- Should have minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience in startup ecosystem as engaged in grants, programs, government schemes, incubation etc.
- Prior experience in startup ecosystem is essential. The candidate must possess a strong
network within government schemes, startup and Incubation Eco-system, funding agencies, venture capitalists (VCs), corporates - Candidate should have a proven track record of driving successful initiatives in this domain, demonstrating effective leadership and tangible results in this area.
Desired Qualification
- Prior involvement with government startup agency/body or/and incubator or/and Innovation Hub or/and Venture Capital or/and similar relevant industry exposure under senior leadership.
- Fluent verbal communication, and excellent writing and presentation skills, strong command on Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the front-facing leader for AIC-BIMTECH’s programs and initiatives.
- Leading the team to guide them in executing and managing incubation and innovation programs, schemes, activities, events, and daily operations
2. Program Manager (Scheme)
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience with government startup body or/and incubator or/and Innovation Hub or/and Venture Capital or relevant industry.
- Experience in leading programs and grants from the Government or other sources
such as MEITY, SISF, AIM, State Governments, CSR etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design & lead high impact startup support programs
- Bring/ Lead existing startup program’s
- Identify and onboard high-potential startups
- Oversee incubation programs
3. Program Manager (Innovation)
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience in running innovation programs & events under government startup body/ incubator/ Innovation Hub/ Venture Capital / corporate or relevant industry.
- Experience in leading, and onboarding industry innovation programs, challenges, hackathon and grants from NGOs, Corporates, CSR

- Spearhead and lead
- Build and command strategic alliances
- Champion breakthrough initiatives
- Drive AIC BIMTECH’s national prominence by architecting high-impact sponsored CSR & innovation partnerships
Desired Qualification for Program Manager Role
- Have strong network into the ecosystem with government officials, corporate innovation, international bodies, associations, startup agencies program connects, investor connect etc.
- Prior involvement with government startup body or/and incubator or/and Innovation Hub or/and Venture Capital or relevant industry.
- Must have excellent presentation skill to lead the Programs with strong command on Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
