Gawain hiring for Field Coordinator: Job Description
- Managing the organization’s fieldwork.
- Corresponding to the head/supervisor about the development made in the field.
- Managing the field team/volunteers and being responsible for the on-field development and outcome.
- Building and developing relationships with the slum community and executing Community Self Defense (CSD) method with Community Leader.
- Execute the Project for the organization in the selected slum area, providing appropriate information reports and statistics of the camp and sincerely working for the desired outcome.

- Location: Delhi
- Experience: 0-2 Years
- Duration: 6 months
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team.
- Must have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred: Candidates with a Social work degree and extensive fieldwork experience.
