Paytm is hiring for Corporate Banking Alliances Lead- Assistant General Manager role. The main objective of this role is to manage the partnership of the company and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise. Your main orle would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.

Requirements

1. Sells products by maintaining and expanding merchant base.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve merchant issues and

grievances.

3. Coordinates with large corporates in achieving the targets.

4. Plans and review strategies.

5. Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales

information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

5. Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity,

quality, and merchant-service standards.

6. Resolves problems, identifies trends, determines regional sales system

improvements, and implements change when necessary.

7. Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual

business plan, scheduling meetings, analysing variances, and initiating corrective

actions.

8. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support

of national objectives.

9. Maintains and expands merchant base by counselling sales representatives, building

and maintaining rapport with key merchants, and identifying new merchant

opportunities.

10. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product,

packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer/merchant needs and trends,

and tracking competitors.
