Requirements
- Candidate should be well versed with French.
- Must have B2 language certification.
- Experience in Retail Chat process.
- Candidate should be comfortable with English.
- Confident and self-motivated with positive attitude.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, can support as per UK shift time window.
- Excellent salary with incentives.
- Both sides cab facility available.
- Must be comfortable working 7 days a week. (week offs would be rotational)

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Native or near-native (in any of the languages): English (B2), German
- Excellent written and spoken German & English
- Atleast 0-2 year experience.
- Good experience in MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong experience on presentation skills
- Computer literate/Tech Savvy with a minimum typing skill of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in Retail industry (preferably in Fashion)
- Hands on experience in back office activities – Live Chat and Social Media
- Take ownership to manage deliverables across multiple assignments
- Flexible approach to working hours 24×7, including rest days, holidays, weekends and extended hours, if required.
- Should be a self-motivated achiever.
