Amdocs is hiring for talented candidates for the role of Communication Manager. Communications Managers are passionate about strategy, creation, and delivery. They build and communicate strategic messages that define what the company stands for – both content and documentation – and promote them internally to employees and externally to analysts, members of the press, industry specialists, customers, and the general public.
All you need is
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of Marketing, PR, Communications, Law etc.
- 5-7 years of proven experience (PR, AR, social media, internal communications, technical communications, corporate communications) and experience in a relevant market (telecommunications, technology, B2B) in order to understand the business.
- Proven writing ability, with the ability to clearly communicate messages and provide leadership of others performing similar tasks.
- Experience leading global teams, budgets and projects cross organizations and Proven experience of leading multiple critical initiatives and delivering excellent, timely results, and generating clear reports of those results.
What will your job look like?
- Build and develop content and strategies to support company objectives, including press releases, blogs, eBooks, articles, internal materials, technical documentation and proposals to attract and engage audience, such as new PR and AR initiatives and innovative campaigns. Lead and develop communications plans across corporate functions to deliver programs that support company messages.
- Align strategic messages and maintain the company brand. Craft, develop, and pitch stories and concepts as relevant per position, disseminates messages internally and externally, using both traditional and innovative methodologies.
- You will drive management communications, including the creation of messages and promote thought leadership to position the company and key representatives as industry specialists.
- You will build and manage relationships with key partners internally across teams and management, and externally with press, analysts and industry specialists.
