Nagarro is looking for Pre-Sales Consultants (industry 4.0) for remote location. The candidates who have 7 years to 16 years of experience can apply for the job application.
Requirements
1) Technology driven experience in at least one domain: manufacturing, industrial, automotive, light engineering, heavy engineering, chemical, food, beverages, consumer goods, agriculture.
2) A consultative mindset to look at the “big picture” by identifying the client’s business problems, identify solution options and propose optimal solution to the client.
3) The candidate must have experience in creating formal responses for RFI/RFQ, often in short time duration and in the process own the proposal response process from start to finish.
4) To create an winning edge to our value proposition, the role requires agility and curiosity to perform background research on client, industry, competition, technology, domain.
5) The sales proposals are crafted in English language using MS office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Hence, excellent fluency in English language and MS office usage is essential.
6) The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Data analytics/ IoT / Cloud/ Enterprise software / Application development / Mobile / Reality Technologies / User Experience / Testing / Business Intelligence/UI-UX design.
7) The role requires deep collaboration with stakeholders across the globe, across varied functions, and hence successful candidates must be able to able to communicate with clarity,
know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.
8) It would be beneficial to have a good understanding of the methods and best practices for SDLC, project management and resource loading.
