Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Education, Marketing, HR, Mass Communications.
- Prior experience of working in hospitality/service industry/client communication/ Sales and handling students queries with ease.
- Excellent communication skills with a willingness to work into more challenging/value-added roles.
Required skills:
Student support, Performance Coaching, handling student queries
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying the career goal of the students (short term & long term) and
- Assigning career tasks to students based on the career roadmap.
- Making weekly feedback calls to the existing students to check how they are performing and if they need any assistance with working on their assignments.
- Ensuring a steady growth in the percentage of course completions for all the courses.
- Taking calls with the students for atleast 5-6 hours a day.
Salary
Remuneration (Fixed/Non-negotiable) : Rs. 25,000/- plus monthly target linked incentive of Rs.15,000/-.
