How do I participate?

It’s quite simple just like the competitions you take part in – 

• Register and complete your application form (Will take max. 5 minutes).
• Take the assessments relevant to your chosen field.
  • General Aptitude & Logical Reasoning (MCQ Test)
  • Unstop Gamified Assessment
  • Competitive Online Coding Assessment 

• Details & guidelines of the assessment will be shared with the registered candidates well in advance.
• The candidates who have opted for technical roles will have to attempt all three assessments, whereas candidates who have opted for non-technical roles have to only appear for the first two assessments (MCQ Test & Gamified Assessment).
• Based on the candidates’ scores companies will shortlist them for their job profiles and conduct interviews. It will be a rolling process where companies can send an interview invite anytime post the assessment. 
• All assessments have to be completed in one sitting i.e. When a particular assessment is started candidates need to complete that in one go. However, there can be gaps between all 3 assessments. 

Recruitment Process

1. General Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Test

All the Registered Candidates will have to attempt General Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Test. The details for the round will be mailed well in advance. 

2. Unstop Gamified Assessment

All the registered candidates will have to undertake the Unstop Gamified Assessment, details of which will be mailed well in advance. 

3. Competitive Online Coding Assessment

Candidates who have opted for Software Development/Technical roles at the time of registration will have to undergo an online coding assessment. Details of this round will be shared over mail well in advance.

FAQs

1. Can I appear in more than one company’s hiring process?

Answer: Yes. Once you take the assessment, multiple companies will be able to shortlist you for their interviews as per their requirements and your scores.

2. Can I get selected by more than one company?

Answer: Yes, you may be selected by multiple companies based on their requirements and your UNSTOP Recruitable Score.

3. How much time will it take me to do the assessments?

Answer: All 3 assessments are different with different timelines. You may take the assessment anytime during the assessment window mentioned under the rounds section of this page itself. You may take breaks between different assessments. However, if you start the assessment, you need to complete it in one sitting. The details regarding the assessments will be shared over email with all the candidates well in advance.

4. Will the interviews be in person or online?

Answer: Mostly they will be virtual right now. However, it depends on the hiring company as to how they’d like to do the interviews. It may be on the ground (in person) as well.

5. After this Unstop Recruitables 2023 assessment, do I have to give any other test?

Answer: You may be required to give an assessment only if the hiring company wants to evaluate you on certain other skills that are required to excel in your job profile. Many companies will directly interview you if you get shortlisted. However, some may ask you to take up additional assessments.

6. Once I have taken the test, can I improve my score?

Answer: You won’t be able to improve your score once the assessment is taken.
