Roles & Responsibilities
- Create Weekly/monthly/quarterly financial projections, and key deliverables & ensuring that these are adhered to by business team.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reports and Annual Operating Plans. Continuously monitor actual Business performance against the projection and guiding business team for adherence.
- Lead business unit monthly review with founders including overall business strategy, Key KPI’s, financial projections and past performance.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives for the business unit.
- Prepare periodic reports by closely working with the business to understand performance, issues, and trends covering the financial statements– including variance analysis, RCA, etc. Help define the key Financial and operational metrics and track the financial health of Business Unit.
- Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all BUs and functions, to align on budget.
- Working on adhoc requirements, to help understand business stakeholder about unit economics of new initiatives including benchmarking of peer companies, industry research etc.
Eligibility
Must be qualified Chartered Accountant
