Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is looking for eligible candidates for its internship opportunity. L&T Realty Limited is a real estate development company and is part of the Larsen & Toubro Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
Responsibilities
1. Handling litigation of real estate matters, arbitration matters, GST and income tax matters, cheque bounce matters, etc.
2. Working on RERA compliances and RERA matters
3. Drafting and vetting necessary agreements
4. Working on company compliance and correspondence with MCGM
5. Drafting written arguments and legal notices
Skills & Requirements
1. Experience in handling high court matters
2. Candidates having real estate experience are preferred

3. are available for duration of 4 months

Stipend
Rs. 5000-20000 per month
