Qualifications
- Graduate with Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences OR Public Policy OR Political Science OR Social Work OR Business Administration OR Public administration OR Economics.
- The course should be recognized by the relevant body i.e. AICT/UGC etc.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of work experience in the field of Management/Policy Analysis/Public Relations/Social Work/Project Management/ Administration in the corporate sector/ civil society or government organizations.
- Candidates with experience in eminent Civil Society Organizations will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the agencies of the organization regarding their projects.
- Assisting the project coordination in daily project activities. Assisting in data management related to the project.
- Ensuring proper documentation for the smooth functioning of the project.
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
- Conducting research for newly implemented projects
- Ensuring that proper finance details are received from agencies
- Take minutes during meetings

- Ability to work independently and lead a diverse multi-disciplinary team
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to identify, prioritize and manage areas of risk
- Ability to monitor and control project budgets
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ms-Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of project evaluation methods
- The candidate should also have an understanding of research and statistical methodologies
- Proficiency in software such as MS-office, SPSS, or any other statistical tool
