Role Purpose
- Partner with line management to provide HR consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide line management support and coaching.
- Facilitate employee development.
- Implement strategic recruiting.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct people development and succession planning.
- Execute organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Manage and implement local HR projects.
- Assist in Global HR initiatives.
- Entry point into HRBP function.
- Advise on HR policy and assist with implementation of HR procedures and processes.
- Role spans across more than one functional specialization within HR.
Desired Qualifications
- PGDM/MBA in HR
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
