- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a background in banking payments to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of payment-related projects.
- This role requires a thorough understanding of the banking industry and payments landscape, including regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payment processing, including card payments, mobile payments, and other payment methods.
- Develop functional specifications that clearly articulate business requirements to technology teams, including systems architecture, data modelling, and user experience design.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact our payment processing capabilities.
- Work with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to payments processing and fraud prevention.
- Facilitate project meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of payment-related projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues that may impact project timelines and delivery.
- Work with technology teams to conduct testing and ensure that payment systems meet functional and performance requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on payment processing to internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and clients.
