Adept Consulting Partners is hiring for the position of Capital Market Specialist for the location Mumbai/Delhi.
Experience
A) Well-versed with fundraising for listed and unlisted companies, public issues/offerings, private placements, initial public offering (IPO), qualified institutional placement (QIP), foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB), renounceable and non-renounceable rights issues, public issue of bond and debenture, buyback of securities, takeovers, due diligence, preparation of red herring prospectus and offer documents.
B) Advisory services to listed companies & market intermediaries in the areas of statutory & regulatory compliances, including signing off on day-to-day compliance obligations with Stock Exchanges and SEBI such as continuous disclosure, listing criteria, and regulatory filings.
C) DCM – Act as legal counsel to the issuers, underwriters, investment banks, investors, and trustees in offerings of debt securities by Indian issuers to Indian and international investors.
D) ECM – Legal counsel to issuers and market intermediaries in connection with domestic initial public offerings, rights issues, private placements, takeovers, and buybacks of listed securities.
Candidates having 3 to 8 years of experience are preferred (Law firms only).
