Job Description

The responsibilities include gathering requirements, Digital Marketing, Product Placements, Brand Management, Market Research for IT, Advertising & Client Relations, Promotion, Planning & Coordinating. 

Skills and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials. 
2. Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. 
3. Produce creative content, including videos, Flyers, Posters, and blog posts. 
4. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website. 
5. Analyze the international clients and explain our services to collaborate with them. 
6. Provide guidance and assist clients about the services offered and manage the day-to-day marketing pipeline and coordinate with internal and external marketing teams to support business needs across the organization. 
7. Run social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement 
8. Write, edit, and proof high-quality content to leverage for internal and external communications across print and digital platforms. 
9. Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies. 
10. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display) 

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good Communication skills 
2. Knowledge of Microsoft tools 
3. Good with numbers and logic’s 
4. Excellent analytics and organizational skills 
5. MBA in marketing, communications, or related preferred 
6. Demonstrated mastery of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 
7. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 
8. Skills and experience in creative content writing 
9. Analytical mindset and critical thinking for Business Development. 
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
11. Self-starter and ability to own a project from conception to completion with minimal oversight. 

Salary

The salary of Management Trainee at Zehntech would range between 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA.
