Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will work within our team and will be working with a US based client. The deliverables would include:
- Bookkeeping, day to day accounting activities for US Clients.
- Working on Accounts Payable activities and their reconciliation.
- Preparing Bank reconciliation on daily basis, Co-ordinating with team members to clear Bank
Reconciliation outstanding items. - Processing payments made to the vendors, on a day-to-day basis.
- Data entry for recording daily accounting activities of the client.
- Using client’s banking system to create templates/ make payments to the vendors.
- Process monthly fixed assets depreciation entry using the Intacct Fixed Asset Register module
and Prepare month-end Fixed Asset Reconciliations.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
CA/ inter CA/ M. Com
Experience
- CA/ inter CA with 1 year of experience excluding article ship
- M. Com with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and proficiency in the
accounting of investment activities and managing general ledger work. - Should have sound understanding for accruals and prepaid booking, Bank Reconciliations
- Should understand how expenses/liability/asset hit financials.
- Should have understanding of basic excel formula such as xlookup, vlookup, sumif and Pivot
table.
