Experience: • Minimum 3 years of working experience with 2 years of experience of developing MIS. • Candidates with knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Java, Python, R, SAP, Data Analysis Tools will be given preference. Responsibilities: • Design and implement management information systems (MIS) tailored to Majhi Vasundhara Abhiyan’s needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies for Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) initiatives for across Maharashtra. • Thorough knowledge of handling multiple Social Media platforms. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the events • Knowledge of multiple photo and video editing software. • Fluency in speaking and writing of Marathi Language is must. • Pro with MS Office. • Provide expertise on best practices in IEC to enhance public engagement and awareness. • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in communication for continuous improvement. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the impact and outcomes of IEC initiatives. • Assist the State IEC expert and MVA team with timely support and requirements. | Rs. 35,000/- |
| Divisional Technical Expert | 08 | Education • Master’s degree or equivalent from reputed university in the following mentioned subjects: • Environmental engineering • Environment planning • Urban and regional planning • Civil engineering Experience • Minimum 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year experience in programme implementation and monitoring at local level •Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing, quantitative and qualitative analysis with knowledge of Marathi. • Proven experience on working with government department specifically with local bodies. • Experience in project implementation, Program development, project handling and monitoring Responsibilities • Overall monitoring and review of progress of Local Bodies under Majhi Vasundhara Abhiyan on regular basis. • Provide technical inputs, support local bodies in implementing projects at ground level. • Technical support to local bodies • Support and upscale local innovations • Establish communication and coordination mechanism at divisional level with state and local bodies for effective implementation of projects on ground. • Develop divisional level monitoring system for monitoring progress of local bodies on all parameters. • Capacity building of local body officials, undertake rapid appraisal, analysis and field visits and prepare comprehensive reports/ documentation. • This position involves extensive travel to local bodies within the respective division. | Rs.45,000/- |
Requirements
1. The candidate should be a citizen domicile in the state of Maharashtra.
2. He / she should be able to read, write and speak in fluent Marathi language.
3. Adequate knowledge of Hindi and English language is essential.
4. Proficiency in computer knowledge is essential.
5. The applicant should be willing to travel throughout the State of Maharashtra as and when required since the scope of this project is in the entire state.
6. Age limit: Should not be more than 40 years as on 31st December, 2023.
