The Punjab Good Governance Fellowship Programme (PGGFP) is inviting applications form the candidates of diverse background to become a part of it. It is a unique initiative between the Government of Punjab and the Indian School of Business (ISB) that seeks to bring about social impact by providing relevant stakeholders with training and exposure.
About the Fellowship
It is a 2- year fellowship, 20 young professionals will be placed at the state headquarter (Chandigarh) as Governance Fellow (GF) and 29 will be placed across the districts and in 6 Municipal Corporations as District Development Fellows (DDF) in Punjab to bring reforms in governance and improvement in project implementation while gaining considerable training and exposure.
What Fellows will do
The hired fellows will support the Government of Punjab in furthering the agenda of governance reforms while providing strategic and operational support across various administrative departments at the state level and across all districts of the state. They will also undergo capacity-building sessions led by the knowledge partner, ISB.

Eligibility
Age– Up to 30 years
Work Experience– Minimum 18 months
Educational Qualifications– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Annual Stipend
8 LPA
Recruited fellows will earn 8 lakhs per annum. They will also get an opportunity to pursue a certificate course Understanding Public Policy in India, which is offered by ISB Executive Education.
