Digital India Corporation hiring Executive- HR| Delhi: Apply before 1st April 2024

Digital India Corporation is seeking candidates for the post of Executive- HR. This position is purely on contract basis. Screening of applications will be based on qualifications, age, academic record and relevant experience.

About Digital India Corporation

Digital India Corporation has been set up by the ‘Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India’, to innovate, develop and deploy ICT and other emerging technologies for the benefit of the common man. It is a ‘not for profit’ Company under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. The Company has been spearheading the Digital India programme of the Government of India, and is involved in promoting use of technology for e-Governance/e-Health / Telemedicine, e-agriculture, e-Payments etc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, Joining and On boarding Coordination: Coordinate for Interview.
  • Good knowledge of IT technology Proficient in end to end recruitment life cycle Aggressive approach towards target and team building Coordinate with interview panel constitution.
  • Coordination with Admin Team in logistics for Interview. Monitoring payment to vendors and honorarium of panelists.
  • Joining and on boarding formalities; As digital India consist to conduct orientation / Introduction for new employee; Coordinate for arrangements for ID cards, access to tools and biometric registration of new joiner.
  • Coordinate for meetings and office get together, events etc.

Essentials

Min. 01 years of experience in IT recruitment

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduation : Any field (Essential)
  • Post Graduation: MBA / PGD in HR

Salary

Salary and Designation will be commensurate with the Qualifications, experience and skills of the candidate.
