Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of full-time experience in establishing large scale partnerships, especially with Governments
- A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down and across the organization
- Experience in managing small to medium teams within a complex environment
- Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field

Salary
The Senior Partnership Specialist at The Apprentice Project will receive a salary of Rs. 8.90 LPA to 13.80 LPA + added benefits (EPF + Medical Insurance).
