About the Role
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing third parties/ vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for rural development and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- Measure project performance and analyze successful completion of short and long term goals
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop and share detailed project plans with clients and team members
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Conduct outstation visits for project implementation
- Coordinate events, finding resources persons, and ensuring smooth execution
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Educational Qualifications– Bachelor’s degree in any subject (higher qualifications will be an advantage)
Experience– 0 to 5 years in project management or related roles
Skills–
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to produce research papers, reports independently
- Proficiency with software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Team management (6 to 7 members)
