About HumRahi Program
The HumRahi Program is designed to foster youth-led leadership and sustainable development across Madhya Pradesh. Leveraging the potential of the state’s young population, the program addresses critical challenges such as high dropout rates, mental health barriers, and the lack of safe, empowering spaces for young people. Through a comprehensive approach that includes capacity building, long-term mentoring, and organizational support, HumRahi strengthens youth-led initiatives, enabling them to create meaningful and lasting impact in their communities.

- Support the identification of funding opportunities, proposal development, and the preparation of pitch materials for donors.
Eligibility
1.Master degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of relevant experience in program management, youth development, or a similar domain.
3. Proven experience in youth-centric leadership development and organizational capacity building.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including donors, CSOs, and government bodies.
5. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
6. An understanding of various development and social perspectives with a commitment to issues of social justice.
7. Willingness to travel(to remote rural areas if required).
8. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, good time management skills in order to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment and ability to work both as an individual contributor and as a team member
9.Capacity to work hard and keep commitments.
10. An ability to inspire, openness to learning, ability to think out of the box, deep people orientation and an ability to connect with people, demonstrated leadership skills and enterprising spirit.
