About the Position- Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for identifying and recruiting the best talent.

Eligibility
Qualifications and Experience
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR & Admin preferably in recruitment.
Skills
● Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
