Responsibilities
Action Research Towards Curriculum Development:
- Conduct action research by conducting workshops in schools and communities, leading to the creation of the curriculum.
- Design and develop comprehensive and engaging mathematics and language curricula aligned with educational standards, ensuring a well-rounded and progressive learning experience.
- Designing and creating teaching & pedagogical tools like TLM, worksheets etc.,
Implementation and Monitoring:
- Oversee the curriculum implementation across middle school classrooms, ensuring consistency and quality of instruction.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments as needed to meet educational goals.
Teacher Training and Support:
- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding and delivery of the curriculum.
- Offer ongoing support, resources, and mentorship to educators, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented teaching community.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
- Has a minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience & content development experience Primary and Middle Grades.
- Strong language, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to do internet research & use business software like Google Drive, Dropbox, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Adaptable & creative towards utilising new technology to enhance learning
- Working proficiency in Hindi. Should be able to read/write and speak Hindi.
