The Defence Innovation Organization (DIO) is looking to hire professionals as Individual Consultants (purely on Contract basis), having experience in marketing field, at various positions for its iDEX team.
About iDEX
iDEX team is also the executive arm of the Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO), which is the legal entity, a Section-8 company, created by the defence PSUs HAL & BEL, to support the MoD in building the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Defence in India by implementing the iDEX framework.

Period of Contract
Initially for a period of 3 years (can be extended up to 5 years – one year at a time). In case a person leaves before completion of three year, he/she will not get any work experience certificate.
Educational Qualification & Experience
MBA (Marketing) /2 Year PGDM with specialization in Marketing, from a recognized and reputed
institute with 2 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field
Required Experience
The candidate must have experience in following fields:-
- Experience in marketing, branding of new developed Products.
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting Promotional activities etc.

Age Limit
Candidates should be below 30 years of age as on 20th January 2025.
Scope of Work
- Marketing of the Prototype/Product developed by the iDEX winners.
- Marketing & Promotion related activities for DIO and its schemes etc.
- Any other work as assigned by COO/DIO or any superior authority in DIO.
Deadline
20th January 2025 up to 5 PM
Remuneration
The Program Executive at DIO will get a monthly salary of Rs. 80,000 to 1,20,000 PM
