Eligibility
You must be below 30 years of age, as of April 1, 2025.
- The applicant should have completed their undergraduate degree in any field.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience at the time of applying.
- An applicant with a master’s degree, plus two-years of work experience will be considered.
- Candidate should have valid work permit in India

Selection Process
IIC follows a rigorous application and selection process:
Step I– Call for Applications
Candidates need to submit their resume and innovation prompts on the application form within the given timelines
Step II– Behavioural Interview (BI) Round
Candidate profiles will be screened and called for a behavioural interview
Step III– Technical Interview Round
Candidates screened after BI Round, would be called for a technical interview call
Step IV– Client Meet & Greet, Reference Check
Selected candidates will meet the client for introductions, with final selection pending successful reference checks.
Step V– Offer & Placement
Offer roll out and teams staffed at their project location
