As a Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts, facilitating communication with candidates, optimizing operations, and managing data effectively. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role, preferably within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment software or CRM systems preferred. - Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.
