Junior Decisions/ Hyper Automation Developer Position Highlight

Requirements

• Fresh IT Graduate with great Attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong Analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Fresh IT Graduate or up to 3 years of work experience in Decision tools preferably or working experience in Automation (any tool) or Development background (any technology).
• Basic Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
• Preference would be given to somebody who has experience/knowledge on any low coding platform, BPM, UiPath, etc.
• Developing and automation using low coding platforms i.e., DECISIONS, Appian, Kiss FLOW – BPM & Workflow Software, Out Systems, Pega, Microsoft Power Fx, etc.
• A person with great analytical skills
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently & in a team with a high level of quality.
• Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Zeal to learn new tools in a short span of time and independently work on the application development/automation.
• Can interact with Customers independently.

• 6-8 years of Work Experience in the Decisions tool.

Senior Accountant Highlights

Requirements

• Good Experience with Tally is required.
• Should have Excellent English Communication Skills.

Note – A candidate from Delhi is preferred to have.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting entries.
• Should have good knowledge of Tally and MS- Office.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Having knowledge and experience of Filing TDS and GST returns.
• TDS & GST Reconciliation.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Support to the Auditor during the audit.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to the Senior team.
• Follow up on outstanding balances of Customers as and when required.
• Knowledge of Payroll.
