About Advocate Anchit Jain
Anchit Jain is a lawyer and legal consultant practising before the Indian Courts, Tribunals, Commissions and all the other Judicial forums. He has an honours degree in Business law and holds a certificate in Intellectual Property Rights, and Competition laws too.
As a regular practitioner of law, he is representing individuals and corporations in significant civil suits, and criminal trials before the Courts in different jurisdictions.
The ‘Law Office of Anchit Jain’ also extends its services to its clients for dealing with incidents on the Government E-Marketplace (popularly known as GeM), and Intellectual Property Registrations.
Previously, he has successfully represented Individuals, Insurance Companies such as (Star Health, Max Life, and Manipal Health), Luxury Automobile Companies i.e. BMW India, and Financing Corporations (Bajaj India) before the Courts and obtained favourable orders for them.
About the Opportunity
An Intern is required in my office for a period of 30 days, at least. Applications for a longer term will receive preference.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The nature of work would be researching, drafting, writing, and filing.
- Areas of work would include, though not limited to, Civil and Criminal Cases, Intellectual Property Filings, Handling incidents on GeM Portal, Matrimonial Disputes, Corporate and Commercial disputes, Constitutional Law, Procedures, and Penal Codes.
Eligibility Criteria
3rd of 5 years, or 2nd of 3 years law course or above, students may apply.

A certificate would be provided on the successful completion of the internship. Hard & Smart work would be appreciated with a stipend.
