Bain & Company is looking to hire eligible candidates for the post of Senior Associate in Human Resources. Responsibilities & Duties

Actively participate in the development and delivery of Talent Management program and people practices for Bain’s consulting staff

  • Responsible for managing all operations related to consulting performance review process – Prepare meeting data, slides, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/performance-based transitions and also responsible for preparing performance review decks for their allocated cohorts.
  • Stay updated on the performance and performance development (PD) needs of their cohort through open and on-going check-ins
  • Track performance. Responsible for quality checking reviews for alignment with rating guidelines and to prevent ratings inflation
  • Master all PD related systems and policies
  • Responsible for regular pulse check-ins to and get insights for the allocated cohort
  • Work with the class program managers closely to address issues/questions related to PD in general by participating in class meetings
  • Front end all people initiatives pertaining to the allocated consulting cohorts and be the primary point of contact on any issues E.g. Employee integration and performance, attrition risk management, etc.
  • Act as the sounding board on issues related to PD for relevant classes to the HR Senior Specialist

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate with at least 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment.
  • High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various team
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint and HRIS systems preferred
