BCG is inviting applications for its Data Analyst Internship Program. This internship is for its Gurugram office.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the squad, you will be reporting to the Agile CoE. Role will require you to work across multiple squads and engage different stakeholders to provide insights for data driven decision making on wide ranging use cases. The ideal candidate will ensure that our squad aligns to the business objectives and supports key initiatives for the squads and portfolio. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who will assist in gathering requirements, shaping dashboards, analyzing data trends, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to present data visually and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and generate comprehensive reports on trends and insights, highlighting the impact on various projects.
• Utilize survey tools (preferably Verint) to gather and analyze data and automate attendance tracking from Zoom calls.
• Participate in agile ceremonies at the squad level, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
• Stay updated with the latest best practices in data analytics and product management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports.

You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
