Selection Process
The Engineer Trainees will be selected based on following:

The Supervisor Trainees will be selected based on following:
- Computer Based Examination (CBE)

Remuneration

Service Agreement Bond
There is a service bond of a minimum period of 3 years excluding training period. In case of resigning the company before the expiry of bond period, candidate will be liable to pay liquidated damages to Rs.5,00,000 for Engineer Trainees or Rs.3,00,000 for Supervisor Trainees.
