Job Overview

The Partnership and Outreach Manager is a strategic leadership role within the Skill-Ed Program, responsible for establishing collaborations with educational institutions, industry partners, and government bodies across India. The primary objective is to enhance the program’s reach and impact by enrolling colleges and institutions into the Skill-Ed initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and engage with educational institutions, industry partners, and government bodies to establish strategic collaborations. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships to encourage their participation in the Skill-Ed program. 
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and program alignment. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary support and resources. 

Outreach Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to target colleges and institutions across India. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess the competitive landscape. 
  • Organize promotional events, webinars, and workshops to create awareness and attract partners to the program. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach materials and campaigns. 

Enrollment and Relationship Management: 

  • Drive the enrollment process for colleges and institutions, ensuring their seamless integration into the Skill-Ed program. 
  • Monitor partner engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues to maintain positive relationships. 
  • Gather feedback from partners to assess program effectiveness and make necessary improvements. 

Stakeholder Coordination: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with partners. 
  • Liaise with government bodies and industry stakeholders to leverage resources and support for program initiatives.
  • Represent the Skill-Ed Program at conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular reports on partnership development, enrollment progress, and program impact. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations for program enhancement. 
  • Provide insights and updates to the management team, demonstrating the program’s growth and success. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in partnership development, outreach, or business development, preferably in the education or skill development sector. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective outreach and partnership strategies. 
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, capable of representing the organization professionally. 
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding enrollment targets. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to travel extensively, as required.

Salary

The salary of Partnership and Outreach Manager would range between 6 to 8 LPA.

Location

Chennai (Willing to travel to Chennai for reporting periodically)
