Bhumi is seeking talented candidates for the post of Tech Trainer. The tech trainer has to report to Manager Skills for the locations Ramanathapuram, Mayiladuthurai, Kancheepuram, and Thoothukudi.

Job Description

The trainer should have hands-on experience working on Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net) and will be responsible for planning the program, creating curriculum, and ensuring implementation and job readiness of the college students in the age group of 18-27 years.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement the curriculum for Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT  (React Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net) for the job-readiness of College students
  2. Refine the curriculum based on feedback.
  3. Effective use of instructional strategies and formative and summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students.
  4. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans and activities to ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in the project.
  5. Training the students and empowering them to apply and feel confident in using their learned skills.
  6. Reach out and partner with other organizations, corporates, and groups to identify/create job opportunities for students.
  7. Provide periodic reports to the management on the progress and outcomes.
  8. To participate in the capacity-building programs as per the project design.
  9. Taking care of Bhumi processes like MIS, LMS and others.

Preferred Education Qualification/ Experience

  • Graduation in any stream and certification and 2-3 years of working experience in Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React) Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net).
  • At Least 2-3 years of experience in training the youth in their career and tech development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong technical aptitude in their field of expertise.
  • Expert in at least 3 of the skills out of Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React) Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net).
  • Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and expert in Tamil and able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
  • Curriculum creation, delivery, and classroom management skills for handling students specially from college
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and with all levels of staff, volunteers, communities, other organizations, and corporates.
  • Ability to learn about, commit to, and educate others on program mission and goals.

Salary

The salary of Tech Trainer at Bhumi would be up to 6.4 LPA.
