Role Description
- To manage dark Store operations for Blinkit in the designated region/location –
- Oversee and manage every stage of Logistics associated with Dark Store, Fleet / Transportation, Online/offline delivery segment – Last Mile.
- Expansion planning and budgeting.
- Analyzing supply chain data and performance.
- Process enhancement improving SLA and rest factors.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
