Blinkit is looking for interns for Store Operations. It is a 2 months internship for candidates having bachelor’s degrees in business or related fields.

About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee and manage every stage of logistics associated with warehouse, fleet/ transportation, online/ offline delivery segment – Last Mile
2. Work on expansion planning and budgeting
3. Analyze supply chain data and performance
4. Work on process enhancement to improve SLA and rest factors
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to create an effective business plan
6. Maintain supply chain inventory and records
7. Work on finding cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
8. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
9. Manage dark store operations in the designated region/location
10. Assist store manager in process improvements and all aspects of store operations
11. Work and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving ability
4. Abilities to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and process orientation
