BYJU’S hiring Business Development Associate who are highly motivated and enthusiastic to join its BDA team. As a BDA, you will drive sales and revenue growth for BYJU’S products and services through new customer acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business leads through online channels
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
4. Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (fresher and experience both preferred)
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5. Passion for education and technology
Salary
Salary : INR 7,50,000 – 8,00,000 (4,50,000 – 5,00,000 Lakh Fixed Pay + 3 lakh Performance Pay) Post-training period and probation period
