Position Description
The Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives team is a horizontal team that works with internal and external stakeholders on cross functional projects. The intern should have demonstrated capabilities in research, project and stakeholder management, as well as excellent oral & written communication skills.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a bias towards action and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements. The intern will have a steep learning curve and would be expected to hit the ground running on the live project SAFAL (Structured Assessment for Analyzed Learning) with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Internship Tenure- 1 month
Areas of Work
The intern will:
- Conduct calls and communicate with Principals and Heads of Schools across the country to facilitate the registration process of SAFAL and to provide support for the same
- Prepare structured documents and other collaterals (including presentations, excel sheets etc) as per the requirements of the project
- Liaise with senior government stakeholders to coordinate and execute project planning and delivery
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Pursuing a graduation degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable managing and working with large spreadsheets of data
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
- ‘Can-do’ attitude and openness to learn in ambiguous situations

Stipend
The internship stipend at Central Square Foundation will be Rs. 12,500.
