Centre for Budget and Policy Studies is inviting applications for its CBPS Research Fellowship 2024. The aim of this fellowship is to help scholars develop research skills in the areas of Education, Gender, Governance, Health & Nutrition, Public Finance, Livelihoods and Social Security.

About the Research Fellowship
The fellows will work in the CBPS office located in Bengaluru and will work with our research staff to gain valuable experience, support, and learnings in a collegial and academically rigorous environment which includes in-house talks, seminars as well as other public events. With the help of a mentor, the fellowship will allow scholars to be part of the ongoing research projects in an area of interest to the scholar.

The CBPS Research Fellowship 2024 Offers

The fellowship does not provide funds for housing, transportation, or any other financial support.
Who can apply?
The Fellowship is primarily geared towards scholars who have recently completed their Bachelor’s or are in the final year of their undergraduate programme. CBPS especially encourages applications from scholars from historically underrepresented groups, including those underrepresented in terms of class, caste, gender, religion, linguistic affiliation, first-generation scholars etc. Scholars from various disciplines and methodological approaches are invited to apply.
