Founded in 2007, the Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy(CMHLP) is based in Pune at the Indian Law Society (|LS). ILS,our parent body is a not-for-profit established as a charitable society in 1923.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and mentor field implementation team
- Ensure quality assurance and conduct quality checks.
- Maintain fidelity to the implementation protocol.
- Liaise with district level stakeholders.
- Program data monitoring and analysis.
- Prepare funder reports and assist the team with planning for training and other events.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Mental health, Psychology, or Development Studies
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing and implementing projects on mental health, public health or social work
- Good Managerial skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Willing to travel regularly to field locations
Desirable
- Prior experience with Qualitative Research
- Good writing skills (Grant Proposals)
- Proficient in Hindi & Gujarati (verbal and written)
