The Chief Minister’s NIPUN Bharat Associates (CMNBA) is a Ministry of Education, Government of India program. The government of Uttar Pradesh is inviting applications for the 150 associates posts in the 75 districts of UP under the NIPUN Bharat Mission. Individuals having an interest in the mission and the program can apply for it before August 20, 2023.

NIPUN Bharat Mission is a Ministry of Education, Government of India program. Aim to achieve universal foundational literacy and numeracy among primary school students.

Role of CMNBA
- To track district, block, and school-level progress on NIPUN.
- To devise corrective measures for poor-performing blocks/schools by co-working with Govt. stakeholders.
- To debottleneck day-to-day issues by collaborating with field officers.
- To build capacity and provide mentorship support to all field officers through regular workshops.
- To support Govt stakeholders in driving quality data-backed reviews regularly.

Eligibility Criteria
An applicant must meet the following criteria as on July 1, 2023-
- The applicant should be an Indian citizen aged between 22-27 years
- The applicant should be proficient in both oral and written Hindi and English
- The applicant should graduate with a minimum of 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience OR post-graduate with a minimum of 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with a minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience.
- The applicant must have earned a graduate or post-graduate degree from NIRF’s top 100 universities/colleges (as per NIRF 2022 rankings).
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000/- month
- Housing and medical allowance of Rs. 10,000/- month
- Other perks include a laptop and a pool car
