Responsibilities
- Collect the operational data from varied cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performances.
- Recognize the trends and patterns of data and provides clear insights to increase the decision-making capabilities of business in planning, improvement of process, and assessment of solutions, etc.
- Recommends strategic business opportunities and future developments actions with it also enhances the operational policies.
- Involved in confirmatory data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and qualitative analysis.
- Convert the data into consumer behavioral insights to drive segmentation and targeting strategies, and clearly communicate it to the business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuous improvement of strategies and processes by exploring and calculating new sources of data, tools, and capabilities.
- Work closely with the business partners to build, implement, track, and improve the decision-making strategies.
- Appropriate risk assessment while making business decisions, considering the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by relying on the applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor/University degree or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members
