Claylab Education Foundation and Tech for India, in Mumbai and Ahmedabad have partnered to support 300+ Grade 9/10 students with Claylab’s1:1 virtual mentorship program. If you are someone who is interested to be a Mentor to a Grade 9/10 student towards building better career awareness and life skills, apply now. It is only a 3- month commitment (flexible 2 hours/week).
Requirements
- Aware about higher education
- Able to communicate their learnings and experiences
- Able to help child to find correct information
- Volunteers are expected to spend 8 hours per month (5 hours- Mentoring, 2 hours- Team Meeting, 1 hour- Training & Learning)
Application Procedure
- Fill the registration form
- You will get an automated email once you have filled the registration form
- It will have a 10 min video to help you understand more about this program
- It will have a link for a small Exit quiz (will take 5 mins only to attempt it) to check how much have you understood about the Mentorship
- Once you give this Exit quiz, we will reach out to you in the next 24 hours to schedule a personal video interview with you (20 mins long)
- We would prefer that you complete this whole process within 3 days
- Once you are done with the Interview, you will receive an email from our side. This offer letter email will request you to go through our Child Protection Policy document and will ask for ID proof as well. Once you have accepted the offer, you can begin your Mentorship journey
- Along with the offer letter email, you will also receive an Orientation video to help you start your Mentorship journey strongly.
