CMGGA (Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates) Fellowship 2022 is a two-year full time paid programme for young professionals to work with the state government of Haryana in driving good governance and policy implementation. It is a first of its kind experiential learning model in India, helping young professionals understand governance and government structures at the highest level in the state. Each year, a dynamic cohort of 25 associates work with district administration while representing the Chief Minister’s Office to drive mass impact on ground. The cohorts work on innovating new mechanisms and concepts to transform governance and services reaching the last mile citizen in the state.
CMGGA Fellowship 2022: Eligibility Criteria
You Are
- Citizen of India
- Passionate for social change
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year full-time work experience (also applicable for all 5-year professional courses including MBBS, CA)
- Not more than 28 years of age as on 01st November 2022. (i.e. not born on or before 01st November 1994)
You Have
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English both, ability to read and write in both.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Must be proficient in MS Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Able to multitask and is self-driven
- Able to solve problem and achieve high impact in your projects.
CMGGA Fellowship 2022: Stipend
- Selected associates will be entitled to receive a stipend of Rs. 80,000 per month for the 1st year. In the 2nd year stipend would be Rs. 85,000 per month.
- In addition to this, would also receive travel costs to a maximum of Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Accommodation will be provided to all the associates during the training period.
