ConveGenius is in search of a candidate for the post of Manager- Growth & Impact. The selected candidate will engage with senior government and non-government stakeholders, orchestrate edtech activities for effective last mile impact. The growth & impact team member will act as a knowledge partner to the state’s Department of Education for all relevant activities.
Education Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
● Postgraduate Qualification in social sciences, project management or social
entrepreneurship will be preferred.
● Prior exposure to either the education sector, public sector is desirable

Experience
2-5 years (Senior Associate), 5+ years (Manager)
Language Requirements
● Good reading and writing skills in English, Hindi and Local Dialect are a prerequisite.
● Knowing any other regional languages like Marathi, Khasi, Garo, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Nagamese, Sikkimese, Nepali or any other regional language would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interventions with the State Government/ SCERT/ Samagra Sikhsha
- Facilitate State/ District wide training
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Build and nurture meaningful partnerships
- Represent ConveGenius in partner meetings
