Job Responsibilities
- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
- Providing with all pertinent documentation for H1, LCA, Green card, etc. and related visa types.
- Assisting with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- Must be able to help the employees to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- Must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- A degree in law or any certifications related to Visa and Immigration, or similar is added advantage.
- Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to USA.
- Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities.
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- Must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures and OISC accreditation.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration.
