What will you do during the fellowship?

• The selected fellows will get placed in different newsrooms and have the opportunity to work with the journalists of Dainik Bhaskar. Fellows will learn creation of high quality and trusted content for our different online and offline mediums.
• Get the opportunity to develop skills in data driven journalism and multimedia storytelling to make insightful and engaging content.
• You will learn doing in-depth research on a particular topic, information compiling for the team, brainstorming, on-ground reporting, anchoring, assisting or script writing, and endless things.
• At the end of the fellowship, you will get the chance to train in the department of your choice to develop your skills.
• Based on your performance, you can also get the chance to join Dainik Bhaskar for full time job.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a UG or PG degree in Journalism/Media/Communication studies/ Language
• Must not be more than 27 years old
• Must be able to write, read, and speak Hindi language
• Basic understanding of numbers, content analytics, and data tools
• Open-minded and flexible to learn new things at a fast pace
• Be creative to help us create stories that will resonate with DB readers and reach new audiences
• Showing interest in journalism through platforms like blogging, vlogging, writing for a student newspaper, freelancing for a content organization, creating content for social media, writing for a website, etc.
• Have a hunger for news, current events, and the greatest happenings around the world.
