Responsibilities
- The Agriculture Expert will be responsible for implementing and managing agriculture-related field activities in the assigned region.
- The primary focus will be on providing technical assistance to farmers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices, and enhancing productivity.
- The role involves close coordination with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), local farmers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute project interventions as per set objective, goal and expected outcomes.
- Mentoring the vidya sathi, and parents through regular visits at project sites.
- Supporting Vidya sathi to ensure creative educational inputs are provided to achieve targeted project outcome.
- Ensure 100% enrolment of beneficiaries as per set target for year. Ensuring regular Mobile library services at all designated locations as per timetable
- Ensuring children are attend remedial inputs session as per target and plan • Ensuring children complete their workbook and submit as per planning
- Monthly submission of good quality case studies of beneficiaries with impact details and share timely.
- Coordinating with government officials / school staff and authorities / village sarpanch & local leader on a regular basis.
- Coordinate, plan and execute base and end line assessment with target group children.
- Supporting in data capture photographs, video, etc. of interventions etc. in community
- Organizing meetings, events, and other miscellaneous work.
