Delhivery Skill Development Program is an initiative designed to offer end-to-end skills training and assured employment in entry-level managerial positions in Operations on successful completion of the program. Students currently pursuing their career are also eligible for this program. There is no subject limitation for the program it is available for all background student.
Step I. Registration
Candidates can register for the training program by providing their details and completing the Email and Aadhaar verification, followed by payment of the registration fees.
Step II. Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment
Successfully registered candidates will take a 70 min Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment evaluating them on Situational Based Judgment, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning.
Step III. Communications Assessment
Shortlisted candidates who clear the first assessment will take the Communications Assessment consisting of four sections: Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Grammar Skills.
Step IV. Assessment Result
The results will be sent to the candidates on their registered Email IDs. Shortlisted candidates will have to complete the onboarding formalities and report to Gurgaon as per the details sent to them.
Step V. Training Program
Final shortlisted candidates will undergo a 4-week Training Program to gain hands-on operations experience. Weekly assessments will evaluate their progress and application of learned concepts.
Batch 1: 31 Jul ’23 to 25 Aug ’23
Batch 2: 28 Aug ’23 to 15 Sep ’23
Step VI. Interviews & Placements
Candidates who have successfully completed the training program will be interviewed by a panel for their job designation and location.

- Age should be between 22 to 32 years
- Minimum educational qualification is 10th Pass
- Basic proficiency in English & Math
- Non refundable registration fee of Rs. 399
